Ylläs Lodge Oy follows the following terms regarding reservations, orders and cancellations of accommodation. These terms shall be binding to both parties when the customer has paid the payment mentioned in these contractual terms. These terms are for individual bookings and also for groups if nothing else mentioned.
Booking via booking.com (www.booking.com)
In case accommodation is reserved via booking.com online system, the terms and conditions presented there take priority.
Cancellations and changes
A cancellation shall always be made in writing to the Ylläs Lodge Oy, either by mail to address Äkäsentie 6, 95970 ÄKÄSLOMPOLO or to email address lodge@yllaslodge.com.
- The fee for cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival is 100% of the value of the reservation.
- The fee for “no show” is 100 % of the value of the reservation.
Please do check the coverage of your travel insurance regarding cancellations.
Changes to a reservation are possible until 60 days before arrival. The fee is 50EUR / reservation. Changes can be dealt as a cancellation and a new reservation.
During the stay
Check-in from 4pm to 6pm.
Check-out from 7am to 11am.
The accommodation price includes the breakfast and linen for the number of persons the reservation is made for, exception for this is the apartment 67°N, where the breakfast is not included. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the accommodation has been mentioned in the reservation / invoice, and it may not be exceeded.
Pets are not allowed.
The customer is obliged to pay for the possible damages to the Ylläs Lodge Oy or its property directly to the agent. The person who made the reservation is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the room or anything in it, including costs caused by losing the keys (40EUR/key). Guardian of the minor is responsible of damages caused by minor.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking has occurred in a room, we will charge the guests for the cleaning expenses, which will amount to at least 300EUR.
All complaints regarding the reservation or condition of the accommodation shall be made immediately to the Ylläs Lodge Oy.
Rights and obligations of Ylläs Lodge oy
Ylläs Lodge Oy has the right to agree a variant terms and conditions regarding reservations, orders and cancellations of accommodation if the reservation, or time of reservation demands that.
Ylläs Lodge Oy reserves the right to correct pricing mistakes.
Ylläs Lodge Oy has the right to cancel or change a reservation in cases offorce majeure.
Ylläs Lodge Oy reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure (Ylläs Lodge Oy cannot deliver the agreed services due to a factor, that affects its operations e.g. strike, fire, water damage, natural disaster, state of war etc.). In such cases the booking fee will be reimbursed to the client. If the payments regarding the reservation are not made on time, Ylläs Lodge Oy is permitted to cancel the reservation.
Ylläs Lodge Oy reserves the rights to changes.
